lauraOdisee, a Flemish University College and member of the KU Leuven Association, requested a training for Facility Professionals that would help them to excel and grow in their jobs. The result was an interactive two-hour training module centred around aligning services and projects with the mission, values and strategy of the companies they work for. Central stood the elements ‘adaptability‘ and ‘simplicity‘ that could be applied to cope with the fast-changing society we work and live in. At the end of the session, we provided insights into how to accomplish more by working smarter, not harder.
